Steering & Component Manufacturing - We also manufacture some new manual and power assisted steering boxes and other specialist steering applications as well as a range of components for commercial, agricultural and plant.

One off’s or Volume - Whether it’s a one off requirement or volume production, ICS has the expertise, capability and facilities to carry out bespoke and prototype work.

Our Engineers - Our team of qualified engineers have a wealth and depth of knowledge in all aspects of steering. Many have been steering engineers for over 20 years and several are ex-Burman engineers with over 30 years experience each.This expertise is central to our Bespoke Engineering solutions, but also sets the benchmark for the high quality of workmanship across the business, including the training and development of our already skilled remanufacturing engineers.

Problem:

• A Steering part you are unable to obtain or is obsolete for your vehicle needs reconditioning

• Contact us we can arrange to obtain this part from you to assess the work required

• Inspection our experienced engineers will inspect and examine the part

• Report diagnosis report produced along with options, timescales and costings guide

• Way forward agreement reached; eg. scheduled of works decided, part returned etc

• Fix it or Make it work commences to manufacture or remanufacture the required part to a tested and new working order

• Ship it your part will be delivered back to you
